The Study of Problem State in Student Affairs Administration in Educational Opportunity Exansion Schools under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the problem state in student affairs administration, and 2) to compare teachers opinions about the problems in student affairs administration in Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by educational qualifications and work experience. This research is a survey research. The research instrument are questionnaire by index of Item Objective Congruence : IOC is between 0.60 - 1.00 and reliability at 0.95. The sample of this research was 168 teachers in Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test for comparing means of two groups and one-way ANOVA (F-test) for comparing means of more than two groups. When there were statistically significant difference level of 0.05 were found, Scheffe’s Post hoc Comparison was conducted.
          A result of this study was found in the following aspects.
          The problem state in student affairs administration was at a high level for both overall and individual aspects.The results of comparing teachers opinions about the problem state in student affairs administration. were as follows: the sample with different educational qualification had indifferent opinion towards the problem state in student affairs administration both overall and individual aspects. and the sample with different work experience had different opinion towards the problem state in student affairs administration both overall and individual aspects statistically significant difference level of 0.05.
