Abstract

               This article would like to present about the services of local government organizations with the objective to know the roles and duties of local government organizations in providing people with convenience and satisfaction in using services According to the scope of the responsible agency of that local government organization Which the ability to satisfy customers by considering 5 elements as follows:

1. Equitable Services means fairness in the administration of a state based on the motto that all people are equal, so that all citizens are treated equally in the legal aspect. There is no discrimination in paying local taxes, citizens are treated as individuals with the same local tax payment standard.


2. Timely Services means that in the service, public services must be viewed on time, the performance of government agencies is considered ineffective without punctuality. Which will create dissatisfaction among the people


3. Adequate Local Tax Payment (Ample Services). Public local tax payments must be characterized by an appropriate amount of local tax payments, and where to pay local taxes. Millet considers equality or punctuality to be meaningless if applicable. The insufficient amount of local tax payments and the location where local taxes are paid creates an injustice to the recipient.


4. Continuous Service of Local Tax Payment means the regular payment of local public taxes based on the public interest, not on the satisfaction of the service organization to provide or stop the service at any time.
