Commitment to the organization is a good feeling for the organization, there is love, pride, attention to the organization, feel that they are part of the trust, accept the goals and values of the organization, willing and sacrifice personal happiness for the goals and wants. To maintain the membership of that organization forever According to the theory of corporate attachment, Becker's side-bet theory states that any person has a commitment to something because he has invested in it.
