The Role of Administrative Sangha in Applying the Principle of Good Governance

Abstract

               This article has a main purpose. To point out the importance of the role of the monk to make the progressive religion stay in Thailand forever to manage the temple using the principles of good governance.

According to the good governance under the Sangha Act of 1962, which has the rule of law, the Sangha Association can exercise its powers under Section 15 ter in enacting the Mahachulalongkorn Law. In the division of power in the administration of law and the judiciary, the regional chaplains manage each other by giving the monks who rule under Section 22 have the power to counterbalance each other and The virtue of promoting the practice of virtue according to the Sangha Act, 1962.
