บทคัดย่อ
This study aims to develop a leadership program for students of Salesian Society Foundation in Thailand, combining transformational leadership, the Salesian preventive system, and design thinking principles. The program seeks to enhance the leadership characteristics of students, including commitment, communication, inspiration, morality, teamwork, service mind, and vision. The research employs both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, involving a sample of 1,159 students across five Salesian schools in Thailand. The findings highlight a gap between desired and current leadership characteristics, with teamwork, commitment, and inspiration identified as priority areas for improvement. The study proposes a 5-day leadership program designed to address these gaps by fostering empathy, creativity, and ethical leadership. Expert validation of the program emphasizes its alignment with the holistic principles of Salesian education and its potential to develop innovative, compassionate leaders.
