Effectiveness of Educational Quality Management in Digital Era of Art Design Majors in Collegesand Universities Under Fujian Province

บทคัดย่อ

          The questions of this research were: (1) what are the components of effectiveness of educational quality management in digital era of art design majors in colleges and universities under Fujian Province? (2) what are the managerial guidelines of educational quality management in digital era of art design majors in colleges and universities under Fujian Province?  
          The objectives of this research were: (1) to explore the components of effectiveness of educational quality management in digital era of art design majors in colleges and universities under Fujian Province; and (2) to propose the managerial guidelines of educational quality management in digital era of art design majors in colleges and universities under Fujian Province.
          Research method used a mixed of qualitative research and quantitative research. The population of the research consisted of 1349 who were administrators and fulltime teachers of art design major in colleges and universities under Fujian Province. The sample size was determined by Taro Yamane formula (1970),and obtained by stratified random sampling techniques were used, totaling 307 samples. The researcher conducted in-depth interviews with seven key informants, who were more than six years of experience in educational quality management and educational, obtained by purposive sampling method. The instruments used for data collection were semi-structured interviews form and a five-point scale questionaries. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and Exploratory Factor Analysis as well as the content analysis was employed.
          The research findings more revealed that: (1) there were six components for effectiveness of educational quality management in digital era of art design majors in colleges and universities under Fujian Province which consisted of teaching quality management, teacher Professional and accountability towards Students, process of standardized assessment Management, formulating educational quality management Policies, providing digital resources and technology, establishing educational quality management system. and (2) there were 24 managerial guidelines for effectiveness of educational quality management in digital era of art design majors in colleges and universities under Fujian Province.
           Conclusion
           The six components of the research results are an important dimension to construct the effectiveness of education quality management, and also an important means to promote the high-quality development of education quality management. The coordinated and all-round development of the six dimensions can lay the foundation for the improvement of education quality, and can cultivate excellent and outstanding talents in a more professional way at a time when opportunities and challenges coexist.
