A Study of the Needs on Development for Learning Management of the Teachers in the Schools under the Office of Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract

          The purpose of this research was to study a study of the needs on development for learning management of the teachers in the schools under the office of Sukhothai Primary
          Educational Service Area 1. The type of research is descriptive research about the needs for instruction development of teacher at school.
          The sample in this study comprised the teachers, assistant teachers, government employees and contract teachers in Sukhothai primary education service area office 1. The total schools are 127 schools as there are 168 teacher, 41 assistant teachers, 16 government employees and 76 contract teacher. The total is 301 people at school in Sukhothai primary education service area office 1 by Krejcie and Morgan.
          The tools used to collect data were the questionnaire on a study development of teacher at school  under Sukhothai primary education service area office 1 , which applied by mean , standard deviation and priorty needs index
          The result in a study of the needs on development for learning management of the teachers in the schools under the office of Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area 1. On the whole of priority needs index equal 0.133. When considering each single at the high level is the learning management, PNI equal 0.151. The second most is measurement and assessment , PNI equal 0.150 , the instructional media and innovation , PNI is 0.149 ,the conclusion after instruction plan ,PNI 0.138 And then the lowet of priority needs index is the preparation of instruction plan ,PNI 0.131
