Comparrison of Learning Achievement in Thai Language Subject on Kinds of Words of Matthayomsuksa 1 Students at Takuapa Senanukul School Taught by Using Practice Books and Traditional Teaching

Abstract

          The purpose of this research were: 1) to develop and determine the efficiency of practice book  2) to compare the learning achievement between the practice book and traditional teaching method and 3) to study the satisfaction of students towards teaching using a practice book.  The population used in this research were grade 7 student, Academic Year 2021, From Takuapa Senanukul School  2 classrooms, which were obtained based on a simple random sampling.
          Research Tools were : 1) practice books  2) learning management plan using practice books  3) learning management plan using a traditional teaching method  4) questionnaire to measure learning achievement in Thai language subject on Kinds of Words and 5)Questionnaire on satisfaction towards learning Thai language subject on Kinds of Words taught using  practice book. The Data were analyzed using statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test independent.
          The results showed that, The efficiency of Thai language practice book on Kinds of Words. The efficiency was equal to 80.80/80.55 according to the criteria of 80/80,  The results of comparing the academic achievement of Thai language subject on Kinds of Words for grade 7 students using the practice book was higher than that using a traditional teaching method with a statistical significance at the .05 level, The satisfaction of grade 7 students towards teaching using a Thai language practice book on Kinds of Words was also at the level. The highest level.
