Training Curriculum Development on Zoom Cloud Meetings for Learning in General Education for Bachelor of Education Students at Songkhla Rajabhat University

Abstract
This research titled Training Curriculum Development on Zoom Cloud Meetings for Learning in General Education for Bachelor of Education Students at Songkhla Rajabhat University aimed to develop a training curriculum for the use of Zoom Cloud Meetings to enhance learning in general education, and to examine the outcomes regarding students’ knowledge, understanding, skills, and satisfaction after participating in the training. The sample group consisted of 26 first-semester students enrolled in the Bachelor of Education program at Songkhla Rajabhat University for the academic year 2024. A purposive sampling method was used. Statistical methods applied in the research included mean and standard deviation. The results indicated that the training curriculum structure was appropriate and well-aligned with its objectives. After the training, students showed statistically significant improvement in knowledge, understanding, and skills at the .01 level. Additionally, their satisfaction was rated at the highest level across all five aspects, with an average score of 4.85. When considering each aspect individually, satisfaction ranked from highest to lowest as follows: training media and equipment, assessment and evaluation, learning process skills, training content, and knowledge, understanding, and skills.
