Abstract
LGBT is a term used in referring to people of various gender identities. Sexual fluidity is a relatively new term suggest that gender identity or sexuality of people could be changing fluidly according to their context of living. BlazingLove.com is a Thai friend finder community for users with various gender identities founded in 1995. Since then, there are a few pain points as well as desire. One of them is sexual fluidity, that they do not want to express publicly. This research aims to empathize the desire and pain points of the users and then design a new BlazingLove to deliver the best user experience using the UX honeycomb. Mix method research design is employed using quantitative questionnaire survey and qualitative in-depth interviews with the experts. The data gathered was processed, analyzed, and synthesized to identify target users, personas, UX strategy, design guidelines, and finally the prototype ready for developers. The result shown that the BlazingLove users preferred to be classified by lifestyles, interests, and preferences. They visit BlazingLove mainly to make new friends and build business networks. Ten new features have been added to the BlazingLove, so that it is useful, desirable, accessible, credible, findable, usable, and valuable.
