Abstract

This study aims to Developed embroidery fabrics of hill tribes to have a combination of new patterns to make embroidered fabrics attractive and outstanding and to study cost and return management practices. Data were studied and collected by interviews with 32 mountain Thai embroidery fabric manufacturers in Ban Sankong, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province.

          The results showed that Most of the manufacturers are female, aged 56 years and over. Embroidery is for sale and for own use. It is hand embroidery and most of them spend their free time embroidering. Embroider fabrics to make shirts, skirts and bags.

          Satisfaction analysis results of mountain Thai embroidery. That the student has developed and redesigned overall satisfaction with the development of mountain Thai embroidery fabrics was at a high level. When each aspect was considered, it was found to be at the highest level, namely creativity (gif.latex?\bar{x} =4.84), outstanding colors and patterns (gif.latex?\bar{x} =4.59), refinement and is a pattern that indicates the uniqueness of the embroidered cloth (gif.latex?\bar{x} =4.56). The overall design satisfaction of mountain Thai embroidery products was at a high level. When considering each area, it was found that the side with the highest average were material and economic properties (gif.latex?\bar{x} =4.63), followed by the beauty of art (gif.latex?\bar{x} =4.43)
