Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

                   การวิจัยครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับของรูปแบบการพัฒนาองค์กรที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานของสโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพของไทย 2) ศึกษาระดับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานของสโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพของไทย
3) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานของสโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพของไทย 4) ศึกษาระดับตำแหน่งทางการตลาดขององค์กรที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานของสโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพของไทย 5) ศึกษาระดับองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ที่มีผลต่อต่อการดำเนินงานของสโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพของไทย 6) ศึกษาระดับของผลการดำเนินงานของสโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพของไทย ดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย เจ้าของ ประธานสโมสร ผู้บริหาร ผู้จัดการ ผู้ฝึกสอน เจ้าหน้าที่ทีม และกลุ่มนักฟุตบอลอาชีพ โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 251 คน ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป ในการหาค่าสถิติได้แก่ ร้อยละ ความถี่ การหาค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การหาค่าความเชื่อมั่น และใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปเพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน

                   สรุปผลการวิจัย ดังนี้

                   1) ระดับการพัฒนาสโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพให้เป็นองค์กรที่มีประสิทธิภาพมีค่าเฉลี่ยของ 13 องค์ประกอบ อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีองค์ประกอบด้านงบการเงิน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงไปคือ ระดับขององค์ประกอบด้านการมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชนที่องค์กรตั้งอยู่ ด้านประสิทธิภาพของทีม ด้านปัจจัยองค์กร ตามลำดับ และค่าเฉลี่ยด้านผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย มีค่าต่ำสุด

                   2) ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนหยันภายใต้โมเดลความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้น พบว่า โมเดลรูปแบบการพัฒนาสโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพของประเทศไทยให้เป็นองค์กรที่มีประสิทธิภาพ มีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ พิจารณาได้จากค่าไค-สแควร์ (c²) ไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (c² = 47.66, df = 37, p = 0.11) ค่าดัชนีความกลมกลืน (GFI) มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.97 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้ค่าแล้ว (AGFI) มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.93 ค่าดัชนีรากของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองของความคลาดเคลื่อนในการประมาณ (RMSEA) มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.03 และค่าดัชนีของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองความคลาดเคลื่อนของส่วนที่เหลือ (SRMR) มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.01และค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมีค่าใกล้เคียงกัน มีค่าตั้งแต่ 0.63-0.90 โดยค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบของทุกองค์ประกอบมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยองค์ประกอบด้านประสิทธิภาพของทีม (ETE) มีน้ำหนักความสำคัญวัดอยู่ในรูปของน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.90 มีความแปรผันร่วมกับรูปแบบการพัฒนาสโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพของประเทศไทยให้เป็นองค์กรที่มีประสิทธิภาพ อยู่ในระดับสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ องค์ประกอบด้านการบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง (ECM) มีน้ำหนักความสำคัญวัดอยู่ในรูปของน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.89 มีความแปรผันร่วมกับรูปแบบการพัฒนาสโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพของประเทศไทยให้เป็นองค์กรที่มีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับสูง (ร้อยละ 79) และองค์ประกอบด้านลักษณะทีม (EOT) มีน้ำหนักความสำคัญวัดอยู่ในรูปของน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.87 มีความแปรผันร่วมกับรูปแบบการพัฒนาสโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพของประเทศไทยให้เป็นองค์กรที่มีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับสูง

ABSTRACT

                The purpose of research were to 1) study of the development model of organization that can affect the operation of professional football clubs of Thailand 2) study of stakeholders level that can affect the operation of professional football clubs of Thailand 3) study of Change management level that can affect the operation of professional football clubs of Thailand 4) study of the organization market position level that can affect the operation of professional football clubs of Thailand 5) study of learning organization level that can affect the operation of professional football clubs of Thailand 6) study of organization performance level that can affect the operation of professional football clubs of Thailand. Conduct data collection the samples and population were consisted of club owners, executives, managers, coaches, team officials. Multi-stage random sampling method was used and data collected on 251 samples. Computer software program was used to determine the frequency statistics include percentage of arithmetic mean. standard deviation Finding a conviction and used to confirmatory factor analysis.

                The results followed as below,

                i) The development of professional football as an effective organization with an average of 13 elements at a high level.
