Abstract

บทคัดย่อ 

 การวิจัยเรื่อง แนวทางการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของโครงการติดตั้งกล้องวงจรปิดเพื่อใช้ในโครงการ “หมู่บ้านชุมชนอุ่นใจได้ลูกหลานกลับคืน” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของการปฏิบัติงานโครงการเกี่ยวกับการลด และปราบปรามสิ่งผิดกฎหมายและอบายมุข 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของประชาชน 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุงโครงการกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจชุมชนสัมพันธ์ และประชาชนที่อาศัยภายในพื้นที่เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ทำการสัมภาษณ์เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจชุมชนสัมพันธ์ และเก็บแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมสถิติสำเร็จรูป SPSS โดยมีสถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยใช้ Independent sample  t-test และใช้สถิติแบบ One-way ANOVA F-test ซึ่ง One-way ANOVA จะต้องใช้วิธีเปรียบเทียบเชิงซ้อน (Multiple comparison) โดยใช้การทดสอบแบบ Least significant Difference (LSD) เพื่อหาว่าค่าเฉลี่ยคู่ใดบ้างที่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ 1) การปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการตำรวจชุมชนสัมพันธ์เป็นโครงการที่ต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือระหว่างตำรวจ และประชาชน 2) กลยุทธ์ประชาสัมพันธ์โดยจัดอบรมให้ความรู้แก่คนในชุมชนเกี่ยวกับพิษภัยของยาเสพติด 3) หลักการของตำรวจชุมชนสัมพันธ์ที่ส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมคือโดยมีการฝึกอบรม การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณพบว่าส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงที่มีอายุระหว่าง 31-40 ปี ในเรื่องของความพึงพอใจในแต่ละด้านดังนี้ คือ 1) ความพึงพอใจการบริการอย่างเสมอภาค 2) ความพึงพอใจด้านการให้บริการทันเวลา 3) ความพึงพอใจด้านให้บริการอย่างเพียงพอ 4) ความพึงพอใจด้านการให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง 5) ความพึงพอใจด้านการให้บริการอย่างก้าวหน้าพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจในแต่ละด้านซึ่งโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งหมด

ABSTRACT

The research study entitled 'A guideline to improve efficiency of CCTV intallation project in'Warm village/ community to get their children back' project of community relations police, Sean Suk Police Station' attempts 1) to study performance efficiency of projects related to reduce and suppress illegal things and all vices; 2) to study people's satisfaction; 3) to suggest a guideline to improve the project. The subjects in this study were community relations polices and the data were questionnaires asking about people's satisfaction. The data were analyzed with SPSS program whereas the statistics utilized in this study were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent sample  t-test, One-way ANOVA F-test whilst One-way ANOVA was applied using Multiple Comparison technique with Least significant Difference (LSD) to find the difference between the pairs at the statistically significant level of 0.05.

The findings on the qualitative study reveal that 1) the performance of community relations police needs the cooperation between police and people; 2)  public relations strategies with the training about drugs to provide knowledge for community people; and  3)  principle of community relations police is to promote people's participation in the activities or the training.  On the contrary, it was found from the quantitative study that the majority of the subjects were females with the age of 31-40. The satisfcation of the subjects could be arranged as follows: 1. Satisfaction on providing service equally, 2. Satisfaction on providing service in time, 3. Satisfaction on providing service sufficiently, 4. Satisfaction on providing service continually,  and 5. Satisfaction on providing service progressively. In overall, the respondents expressed their opinions toward their satisfaction on the service at the high level in all aspects
