THE ADVANTAGE OF RESOURCES AND LOGISTICAL CAPABILITIES THE THAT AFFECT THE EFFICIENCY OF TRANSPORT OPERATORS IN THAILAND

Abstract

 This  is a qualitative research with four objectives: 1) To study level of advantage of capabilities and resources in logistic , and the efficiency of transport operators in Thailand 2) To study resources advantage that affect efficiency of transport operators in Thailand 3) To study logistics performances that affects efficiency of transport operators in Thailand 4) To study the advantages of resources and capacities in logistics that affect to the efficiency of transport operators in Thailand. The sampling size used in this study is group a of transport operators registered with the Department of Business Development, comprising 202 companies, these are statistically analyzed the data by using percentage, mean, standard deviation. and multiple regression analysis.

          The research results revealed that 1) The resources advantages affect the efficiency of transport operators (R²  = 0.475)  2) The efficiency of logistics has significantly statistical effect on transport operators efficiency in Thailand at the level 0.05 (R²  = 0.380) 3) The resource advantage and the logistics efficiency had a statistically significant effect on the transport operators efficiency in Thailand at the level 0.05 (R²  = 0.521).
