Abstract
The purpose of this research study were
1) to measure the level of perception implementation of IATF 16949: 2016 Automotive Quality Management System Standard and Efficiency on Employee’s
2) to analyze The Effects of IATF 16949: 2016 Automotive Quality Management System Standard on Employee’s Efficiency. the researchers evaluated the level of perception on 209 employees of the Automotive Part Manufacturing Company. The data collection and measurement tools were the questionnaires. The statistics covered percentage, mean, standard deviations, correlation coefficient analysis, and regression analysis.
The research result revealed as follows.
1) the overall perception of implementation of IATF 16949: 2016 Automotive Quality Management System Standard were high level score.
2) the level of Efficiency on Employee’s was high level score
3) Impact of IATF 16949: 2016 Automotive Quality Management System Standard on Employee’s Efficiency at the significance level .05.
