Abstract

This study is to know the components of the survival of the Thai auto parts industry in the EEC. The population used in this study is the executives or owners of Thai auto parts companies. And 1,460 automotive company executives. Tools used in the study Is a survey questionnaire Data were analyzed by percentage, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). Determine the suitability of the use with factor analysis techniques using kasier-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) and Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity. Use orthogonal rotation with Varimax Rotation.


The results of the research showed that, The components of the survival of the Thai auto parts industry in the EEC consist of 15 components: 1) Focusing on international standards 2) The competitiveness of the organization 3) Participatory management 4) Government policy 5) Customer relations 6) Sourcing and alliances 7) Organizational structure 8) Social responsibility 9) Organizational adjustment 10) Human resource efficiency 11) Research and innovation development 12) Participation in product development with customers 13) Government support 14) Innovative leader 15) Justice in the organization.
