Abstract

This article is an academic article that studied about sports business in Thailand. Which has continued growing and connected to many other businesses, therefore is one of the businesses that are very important in employment and economic development which is impact to the macroeconomic of Thailand.
In this article, explaining the ways to increase the competitiveness of sports business in Thailand by explaining the concepts and principles of creating and developing business alliance of the sports business. In order to achieve competitive advantage both in the short term, medium and long term, through the process of creating business alliances, including finding new partners, creating and developing partnerships, partner experience exchange. In order to create competitive capability in terms of having lower business costs than competitors, responding to the needs of customers who need modern sporting goods and services and to creating new innovations in both sporting goods and services.
The study also found that in the international business sector, creating alliances is important in terms of cost reduction, resources and knowledge creation. And in the information technology business, the idea of creating an alliance also helps the customer base to increase as well as in the public sector, creating alliances will have the characteristics of creating, sharing information and exchanging information to lead to achieving various policies.
