Abstract

In the study of factors of success of PRACHARATH RAKSAMAKEE SOCIAL ENTERPRISE (THAILAND) Co., Ltd in part of foundation economy, the objective is to study the reasons for the successful management of the company. The researcher used the survey from three sample groups of five provinces in Thailand that were established as companies in the early stages. Provinces in Thailand established as a company in the early stages are Chiang Mai, Udon Thani, Buriram, Phetchaburi and Phuket. The researcher collected data from three sample groups of 450 samples. Three sample groups were the farmers who joined the company, the civil servants related to the company and the company officials. The researcher used the in-depth interviews to find relevant factors. Then use statistical analysis is multiple linear regression analysis method. The research found that the most important factor is human resource management. The second most important factor is Support from local leaders; the third most important factor is the participation of people in the community and the last most important factor is the environmental management.
