การสร้างตัวบ่งชี้ความสามารถพิเศษของนักกีฬาเทควันโดระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย

Abstract

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1)เพื่อสร้างตัวบ่งชี้ความสามารถพิเศษของนักกีฬาเทควันโดระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย 2)เพื่อทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของแบบทดสอบตัวบ่งชี้ความสามารถพิเศษของนักกีฬาเทควันโดระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย3)เพื่อสร้างเกณฑ์คะแนนมาตรฐานความสามารถพิเศษของนักกีฬาเทควันโดระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายจากการทดสอบของตัวบ่งชี้ในคุณลักษณะทางด้านต่างๆ โดยมีขั้นตอนการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอนคือ1)ศึกษาเอกสารและสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักเพื่อกำหนดตัวบ่งชี้ความสามารถพิเศษของนักกีฬาเทควันโดระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย 2)สนทนากลุ่มของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3)การศึกษาคุณภาพเครื่องมือวิจัย 4)การสร้างเกณฑ์คะแนนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าตัวบ่งชี้ความสามารถพิเศษของนักกีฬาเทควันโดระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย มี 4 ด้าน คือ 1)ความสามารถพิเศษด้านสรีรวิทยา 14 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2)ความสามารถพิเศษด้านทักษะ 8 ตัวบ่งชี้ 3)ตัวบ่งชี้ด้านความสามารถในการแข่งขัน 10 ตัวบ่งชี้ 4)ความสามารถพิเศษด้านจิตวิทยา 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้วิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือแบบทดสอบตัวบ่งชี้ความสามารถพิเศษของนักกีฬาเทควันโดระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย 28 รายการทดสอบ โดยมีความตรงตามเนื้อหาของรายการทดสอบทั้ง 4 ด้าน (สรีรวิทยา, ทักษะ, ความสามารถในการแข่งขันและจิตวิทยา) เท่ากับ 0.86, 0.94, 0.94 และ0.92 ตามลำดับ มีความตรงตามโครงสร้างทฤษฎีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ทุกรายการทดสอบ ยกเว้นการทดสอบน้ำหนักตัว ในการทดสอบความเที่ยงตรง พบว่ามีค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์ที่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทุกรายการทดสอบ และมีเกณฑ์คะแนนมาตรฐานที่ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างขึ้น โดยแบ่งระดับความสามารถออกเป็น 5 ระดับคือ ดีมาก ดี ปานกลาง ต่ำ และต่ำมาก
              การวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถสรุปได้ว่าแบบทดสอบตัวบ่งชี้ความสามารถพิเศษของนักกีฬาเทควันโดระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายทั้ง 4 ด้านเป็นแบบทดสอบภาคสนาม เพื่อประเมินความสามารถพิเศษของนักกีฬาเทควันโดระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย เป็นเครื่องมือที่มีคุณภาพสูง ทั้งในด้านความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ด้านความเที่ยง ด้านความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างทฤษฎีที่สามารถจำแนกนักกีฬาเทควันโดที่มีความสามารถพิเศษกับนักกีฬาเทควันโดปกติทั่วไปได้ และมีเกณฑ์คะแนนมาตรฐานของระดับความสามารถ พร้อมด้วยคู่มือการใช้ รายละเอียดของการทดสอบสำหรับใช้ในการทดสอบและคัดเลือกนักกีฬาเทควันโดที่มีความสามารถพิเศษระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย

           The objectives of this study were 1) to develop indicators of talented attributes among taekwondo players at upper secondary school level, 2) to evaluate the effectiveness of the above mentioned indicators test, and 3) to form, by using the indicators of the talented attributes test, the standard score for taekwondo players at the upper secondary school level. The research procedures were composed of 4 stages: 1) conducting a content analysis and in-depth interviews for the purpose of evaluating attributes and indicators of talent among taekwondo players, 2) making a focus groups discussion with experts on the attributes and indicators of talent for taekwondo players, 3) studying the efficacy of the research instruments, and 4) creating a standard score of test.
The results were as follows: The attributes of talented indicators among taekwondo players consist of 4 components: 1) physical attributes (14 indicators), 2) taekwondo skills attributes (8 indicators), 3) competitive capacity attributes (10 indicators), and 4) psychological attributes (3 indicators). The implemented research tool, aiming to evaluate both content and structural validities, was the test consisting of 28 items. The result showed that the content validity of 4 components (physical attributes, taekwondo skills, competitive capacity attributes and psychological attributes) were 0.86, 0.94, 0.94 and 0.92, respectively. The structural validity was .05 for all items. The reliability was statistically significant at .05. According to the levels of performance criteria, the standard scores found in this study were categorized into 5 levels: very good, good, fair, low and very low levels.
           The research concluded that the indicators test in the field experiment which was used for evaluating the attributes of talented taekwondo players of upper secondary school is a high quality instrument in the aspect of both content and structural validities and is a reliable instrument. The standard score as well as the level of performance criteria were formed. The test manual with details was also erected developed to test and to select the most talented taekwondo players of upper secondary school.
