Qualitative Action Research: Lessons Learned from Finnish Education

Abstract

This article presents the concepts and methods of mentoring during the professional experience training in Finland. Action research and qualitative research methods were used as the basis for learning management and supported by examples from previous research by the faculties at Vikki Teacher Training Institute that has been accepted as standard and published in international journals. Moreover, examples of the adaptation and integration of the çTrust and Supporté culture, which is the main principle of the Finlandûs education system, to research in the mentoring of music lessons in the context of Chulalongkorn University Demonstration Secondary School.

บทความชิ้นนี้นำเสนอหลักคิดและวิธีการในการนิเทศนิสิตฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของประเทศฟินแลนด์ โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ ด้วยระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเป็นฐานในการจัดการเรียนรู้ พร้อมยกตัวอย่างงานวิจัยที่ทำโดยคณาจารย์โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยเฮลซิงกิ ซึ่งมีมาตราฐานและได้รับการตีพิมพ์ในวารสารระดับนานาชาติ นอกจากนี้ยังนำเสนอตัวอย่างการประยุกต์ใช้วัฒนธรรมความไว้เนื้อเชื่อใจในการทำงาน และ การให้ความสนับสนุนซึ่งกันและกัน ซึ่งเป็นหลักการสำคัญของการศึกษาฟินแลนด์ มาบูรณาการร่วมกับการวิจัยปฏิบัติการในการนิเทศการสอนวิชาดนตรีในบริบทของโรงเรียนสาธิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ฝ่ายมัธยม
