The Administration and Managementof Student Teacher Supervision at the Center of Professional Practice of Chulalongkorn University Demonstration Elementary School

Abstract

Supervision is an important process for developing and improving teacherûs teaching
in every aspect, which will reflect student development in the classroom. The student teacher is considered an important target that requires training and development in order to adequately prepare for the teacher profession in the future. The Center of Professional Practice, Chulalongkorn University Demonstration Elementary school is responsible for the management and supervision of student teachers from the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University has encountered problems concerning the supervision of the student teacher. Therefore, the center managed to find solutions in order to resolve the problems in three ways: 1. The development of an effective team for the Center of Professional Practice; 2. The development of supervisors; 3. The development of student teachers from the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University. The center will bring in information obtained from these development plans and construct a pathway to success in order to improve the internal supervision process at Chulalongkorn University Demonstration Elementary school to perform effectively which will result in quality and sustainable teacher development in the future.

การนิเทศ เป็นกระบวนการสำคัญที่จะทำให้เกิดการปรับปรุงพัฒนา การจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูอย่างรอบด้าน  ซึ่งจะส่งผลสะท้อนไปถึงการพัฒนานักเรียนในห้องเรียน  นิสิตฝึกปฏิบัติการวิชาชีพครูจัดเป็นกลุ่มเป้าหมายสำคัญที่จะได้รับการฝึกฝน การพัฒนาเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมสำหรับการเป็นครูมืออาชีพที่ดีอย่างแท้จริงหลังจบการศึกษาภายใต้การดูแลของอาจารย์นิเทศก์  รูปแบบวิธีการตลอดจนการบริหารจัดการการนิเทศ จึงเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่จะช่วยส่งเสริมให้กระบวนการนิเทศสามารถนำพาให้การฝึกปฏิบัติการสอนในโรงเรียนของนิสิตประสบความสำเร็จและพัฒนาเป็นครูที่ดีต่อไปในอนาคต  ศูนย์ประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ โรงเรียนสาธิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ฝ่ายประถม ในฐานะหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบบริหารจัดการการฝึกปฏิบัติการสอนของนิสิตคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ได้พบประเด็นปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการนิเทศนิสิตฝึกปฏิบัติการวิชาชีพครู ที่มาจากอาจารย์นิเทศก์และนิสิต จึงได้ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวโดยจัดแนวทางในการพัฒนา 3 ด้านคือ 1.การพัฒนาทีมงานของศูนย์ประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ 2.การพัฒนาอาจารย์นิเทศก์ 3.การพัฒนานิสิตฝึกปฏิบัติการวิชาชีพครู และนำข้อมูลจากการพัฒนาทั้ง 3 ด้าน มาสร้างแนวทางการดำเนินการไปสู่ความสำเร็จ   เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนสาธิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ฝ่ายประถม ให้มีประสิทธิภาพอันจะส่งผลต่อการสร้างครูที่ดีอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไปในอนาคต
