Abstract

การศึกษานอกระบบ และการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ต่างก็มีความเกี่ยวข้องกันในหลายประเด็นในฐานะศาสตร์แห่งการพัฒนาเหมือนกัน เน้นการเรียนรู้ของมนุษย์เช่นกัน แต่ในความเหมือนก็ยังมีความแตกต่างกันอยู่ทั้งในเรื่องกลุ่มเป้าหมายและเนื้อหาสาระในการจัดประสบการณ์ ในบทความนี้ผู้เขียนได้นำเสนอแนวคิดของทั้งสองศาสตร์นี้เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจให้กับผู้อ่านถึงบริบทของความแตกต่างในความคล้ายคลึงกันของทั้งการศึกษานอกระบบในฐานะศาสตร์ทางด้านการศึกษา และการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ในฐานะศาสตร์ทางด้านบริหารองค์กร

Non-formal Education (NFE) and Human Resource Development (HRD) both fields are  many issues involved as the development field as well. Emphasis on human learning as well. But the same is also different in targets and contents of learning management. In this article the author show the concept of both fields for enhancing the understanding to  the reader there are differences in the context of similarity. Non-formal education as a field of education and human resource development as a field of management.
