การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการจัดทำแผนการฝึกปฏิบัติ สำหรับครูฝึกอาชีพของโรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการจัดทำแผนการฝึกปฏิบัติสำหรับครู ฝึกอาชีพของโรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพกรุงเทพมหานคร และเพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการจัดทำ แผนการฝึกปฏิบัติสำหรับครูฝึกอาชีพของโรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพกรุงเทพมหานคร วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย มี ๔ ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นที่ ๑ การศึกษาความต้องการในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ขั้นที่ ๒ การสร้าง หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ขั้นที่ ๓ การนำหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นไปใช้จริง และขั้นที่ ๔ การประเมินติดตาม ผลหลังการฝึกอบรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูฝึกอาชีพของโรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน ๒๐ คน โดยใช้การเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ผู้วิจัยใช้แผนการทดลองแบบกรณีศึกษาทดลอง ๑ ครั้ง (One Shot Case Study) จากนั้นนำผลคะแนนจากการทดลองมาหาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตร ฝึกอบรม ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้เชี่ยวชาญให้ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ในภาพรวมหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากมีค่าเฉลี่ย ( X = 4.07) การประเมินความ สอดคล้องของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม มีความสอดคล้องกันทุกรายการ และประสิทธิภาพของพัฒนาหลักสูตร ฝึกอบรมที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพ ๘๕.๒๗/๘๒.๖๕ ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ ๘๐/๘๐ และผล การประเมินการฝึกอบรมผู้เข้าอบรมมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการฝึกอบรม ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( X = 4.46)

The purpose of this study was to develop a training program for the practical planning for teacher trainingat Bangkok vocational training schools as well asthe effective evaluation of training for a practical plan for teacher training at a Bangkok vocational training school. The four stages of research: Stage 1 Needs analysis for the training program; Step 2 Design the training program; Stage 3 Implement the training program; and Step 4 Evaluate the training program. The research sample comprised 20 teacher trainees in Bangkok vocational training schools selected by purposive sampling. The researchers planned the experiment through use of a one shot case study and then the results of the research showed that the evaluation of experts opinions towards the program were appropriate at a high level (X = 4.07). Intheprogram all items had objective congruence and the results showed that effective evaluation of the training program was 85.27/82.65 higher than the evaluation principle that was specif ied at 80/80 and the evaluation of the trainees’ opinions towards the program revealed that all of them thought the program was at a high level ( X = 4.46).
