ประเด็นท้าทายในการจัดการประถมศึกษา: จุดเริ่มต้น ของการเปลี่ยนแปลงและพัฒนา

Abstract

การประถมศึกษาเป็นการศึกษาที่มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มีความรู้และทักษะทาง วิชาการ มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และเป็นพลเมืองที่ดีของประเทศ การประถมศึกษามีความสำคัญต่อการ พัฒนาประเทศชาติเพราะเป็นการศึกษาที่สร้างทุนมนุษย์ให้เกิดขึ้นกับผู้เรียน ในการจัดการประถมศึกษามี ประเด็นท้าทายที่ต้องคำนึงถึง ประกอบด้วย (๑) ความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (๒) การเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงสร้างประชากรและสังคม (๓) การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสภาพแวดล้อม และ (๔) การใช้กลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดเชิงรุก นอกจากประเด็นท้าทายทั้งสี่ประการนี้ ยังมีประเด็นท้าทายด้านอื่นๆ อีกมากมายที่นักการศึกษาทางการประถมศึกษาจำเป็นต้องพิจารณาเมื่อจัดการประถมศึกษา เพราะหัวใจ สำคัญของการจัดการประถมศึกษาให้ดีมีคุณภาพคือการจัดการศึกษาที่สอดคล้องกับทิศทางการพัฒนา ประเทศ รวมถึงประเด็น ปัญหา และความคาดหวังของสังคมที่มีต่อเด็กและเยาวชนที่จะเป็นกำลังสำคัญ ในการพัฒนาประเทศต่อไป

Elementary education aims to develop learners to have knowledge and academic skills and to be moral, ethical, and good citizens. Elementary education is crucial for the development of the nation. The education provided at this level is to invest in human capital for learners. To provide elementary education, there are four challenging issues that may impact an educational provision at the elementary level. Those issues include: (1) information and communication technology advancement, (2) changes in population structure and society, (3) environmental changes, and (4) offensive marketing strategy. Besides these four issues, there are other issues that elementary educators need to be concerned with. The key for educational provision at this level is a congruency to the direction of the national development as well as societal issues and social expectations toward the children and youths who will become the human resource for the national development in the future.
