Education Administration Big Data: A Case Study of China for application in Thailand

This academic paper presents an administrative policy on Big Data education from academic research synthesis regarding the following: the concept of big data, Thailand’s situation with Big Data, China's economic growth, the benefits of China's public and private big data technologies utilization, the current situation of big data technology transformation into industries in Thailand, the background of big data education for industries in the People's Republic of China, big data technology in the education sector of Thailand, and connecting big data education with Thailand’s 20-Year National Strategy by cooperating with China. It was found that 6 approaches to China's big data education administration could be applied to Thailand’s current stage. By doing so, the Thai government could shorten its 20-year National Strategy by cooperating in the transfer of cheap technology and information along the Silk Road special economic zones of the People's Republic of China in Thailand based on China’s educational administration practices to encourage high potential and talent with government mechanisms.
