The Servant Leadership of the School Administrators that Affect the Work Passion in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2

This research aims to study 1) the servant leadership level of school administrators
based on teachers’ opinion, 2) the teachers’ work passion level, and 3) the servant leadership
of school administrators affecting teachers’ work passion. The samples were 357 teachers
in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2. Data was collected using the 5 ratingscale
questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze descriptive statistical data were
percentage, mean, and standard deviation, the inferential statistics was multiple regression
by Stepwise method. The results of this study found that 1) the servant leadership level
of school administrators based on teachers’ opinion was at the high level, 2) the teachers’
work passion level in schools was the high level, and 3) the servant leadership of school
administrators affecting teachers’ work passion. The correlation coefficient was at 0.801
which implies that the servant leadership of school administrators could predict teachers’
work passion about 64.20 percent.
