A Study of English Learning Achievement among High Achieving Students with Different English Learning Experiences: A Case Study of Tenth-grade Students of Chulalongkorn University Demonstration School

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to 1) survey achievement of student, who studied in different learning experiences and 2) compare achievement of students, who studied in different learning experiences. The participants were 32 tenth graders of Chulalongkorn University Demonstration School.

The research findings were as follows: 1) English mean score of students who have learning experiences with Thai teacher was 89.10 while English mean score of students who have learning experiences with native English teacher was 87.68 and 2) There were no significant differences at .05 level on English mean score (t = .368, p = 0.695) under different learning experiences.
