การพัฒนารูปแบบชุดฝึกอบรมการส่งเสริมการรู้สารสนเทศ ตามลักษณะของกลุ่มผู้เรียนสำหรับนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต
Abstract
การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์การรู้สารสนเทศ และพัฒนารูปแบบชุดฝึกอบรมการ ส่งเสริมการรู้สารสนเทศตามลักษณะของกลุ่มผู้เรียนสำหรับนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้ ๑) แบบสำรวจระดับการรู้สารสนเทศ ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นโดยสังเคราะห์จากมาตรฐานการรู้สารสนเทศของ อเมริกาและออสเตรเลีย ๒) รูปแบบชุดฝึกอบรมการรู้สารสนเทศตามลักษณะของกลุ่มผู้เรียนสำหรับ นักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต มี ๓ รูปแบบ คือ เอกสารชุดฝึกอบรม เว็บไซต์ ซีดีรอม โดยทั้ง ๓ รูปแบบ ประกอบด้วย ๕ ส่วน ได้แก่ หลักการและเหตุผล จุดประสงค์ การประเมินผลก่อนเรียน กิจกรรม การเรียนที่จัดตามจุดประสงค์ และการประเมินผลหลังเรียน เนื้อหาประกอบด้วย ๖ โมดูล ตาม มาตรฐานการรู้สารสนเทศ ทดลองใช้รูปแบบชุดฝึกอบรมการรู้สารสนเทศ โดยใช้เอกสารชุดฝึกอบรม สำหรับผู้เรียนที่มีการรู้สารสนเทศระดับต่ำ เว็บไซต์และซีดีรอมสำหรับผู้เรียนที่มีการรู้สารสนเทศ ทุกระดับ ๓) แบบทดสอบการรู้สารสนเทศ เพื่อใช้จำแนกกลุ่มผู้เรียนด้วยคะแนนเปอร์เซ็นไทล์ ผลการ ศึกษา พบว่า ระดับการรู้สารสนเทศของนักศึกษา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี และผลการทดลองใช้ รูปแบบชุดฝึกอบรมพบว่า ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติที่ระดับ .๐๕
The objectives of this research were to study circumstances pertaining to information literacy and to develop a model of tailor-made training modules for enhancing information literacy for undergraduate students. Information was collected using three tools. Firstly, an information literacy survey developed by the researcher on the basis of American and Australian information literacy standards. Secondly, an information literacy training kit for undergraduate students in three formats: paper, website and CD-ROM. The kit in all three formats comprises five sections namely Principle and Rationale, Objectives, Pre-Training Evaluation, Learning Activities, and Post-Training Evaluation. The content involves six modules developed in accordance with information literacy standards. The paper version of the kit was tested with learners with low information literacy levels while the website and the CD-ROM versions were tested with learners of all information literacy levels. Thirdly, an information literacy test to classify the learners by percentile. The research revealed that the students’ overall information literacy level was good. The training kit trial revealed that the post-training achievement was higher than pre-training achievement at a statistically significant level of .05.
