การเรียนการสอนสังคมศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมสิทธิสตรีในสังคม ประชาธิปไตย
Abstract
การเรียนการสอนสังคมศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมสิทธิสตรีในสังคมประชาธิปไตย มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่เน้น ให้เกิดเจตคติที่ดี และพฤติกรรมที่แสดงถึงความเคารพในสิทธิและศักดิ์ศรีของสตรี ซึ่งในปัจจุบันสตรีมี บทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาประเทศที่เท่าเทียมกับบุรุษ องค์การสหประชาชาติได้กำหนดให้วันที่ ๘ มีนาคม เป็นวันสตรีสากล (International Women’s Day) โดยให้ความสำคัญของความเท่าเทียมกันของสตรีและ บุรุษ ในการให้ความคุ้มครองสิทธิและปกป้องสตรีจากการถูกเลือกปฏิบัติ
การพัฒนาบุคคลให้เกิดความรู้ ทักษะ การปรับเปลี่ยนเจตคติที่ดีในเรื่องสิทธิมนุษยชนของ สตรี ถือว่าเป็นหน้าที่ของครูโดยเฉพาะครูสังคมศึกษา เพราะสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนา และ วัฒนธรรมมีเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสิทธิมนุษยชนซึ่งรวมทั้งสิทธิสตรี ผู้เขียนได้วิเคราะห์มาตรฐาน การเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ตัวชี้วัดของสาระการเรียนรู้ที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับสิทธิมนุษยชน และนำเสนอองค์ ประกอบในการจัดการเรียนการสอนซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย เนื้อหา การจัดการเรียนการสอน ทักษะพื้นฐาน ที่จำเป็น สื่อและแหลง่ การเรียนรู้ การประเมินผล และการเตรียมตัว ของครู รวมทั้งได้มีการเสนอตัวอย่าง กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เป็นแนวทางการเรียนการสอนเพื่อสิทธิสตรี
Social studies instruction towards the promotion of women’s rights in a democratic society aims to develop positive attitudes and behavior regarding the respect of women’s rights and dignities. At the present, women play equal, and key roles in the national development of a country. The United Nations has declared the eighth of March as International Women’s Day to ensure the equal rights of women and men, to protect women’s rights and guard against sexism.
To develop public knowledge, skills and positive attitudes towards women’s rights is a task of teachers, especially social studies teachers. This is because this subject area covers the content of human and women’s rights. The writer analyzed social studies learning standards, indicators and content topics on human rights which were related to women’s rights. Key elements in organizing women’s rights instruction that were presented by the writer consisted of content on human rights, teaching activities, basic skills to be developed, instructional materials and resources, evaluation and teaching preperation. Exemplary activities for the elementary and secondary education levels were presented as guidelines for teaching women’s rights.
