กระบวนการบริหารโรงเรียนทางเลือกตามแนวคิดการบริหาร ที่เน้นความเป็นมนุษย์และแนวคิดการศึกษามนุษยนิยม

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ๑) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหาร โรงเรียนทางเลือก ๒) แนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนทางเลือก ๓) พัฒนากระบวนการบริหารโรงเรียนทาง เลือก โดยใช้แนวคิดการบริหารที่เน้นความเป็นมนุษย์และแนวคิดการศึกษามนุษยนิยม โดยศึกษาจากผู้ บริหาร ๔๕ คน ครู ๒๐๘ คน ผู้เรียน ๑๐๒ คน ด้วยแบบสอบถาม และสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนทาง เลือกจากกรณีศึกษา ๕ คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารโรงเรียนทางเลือกมีค่า เฉลี่ยสูงกว่าสภาพปัจจุบันในทุกเรื่อง แนวทางบริหารเน้นเรื่องความอยู่รอด ความพอเพียง โลก ความ ยั ่งยืน การรับใช้สังคม การยอมรับนับถือตนเองและผู้อื่นนำมาพัฒนาเป็นกระบวนการบริหารโรงเรียนทาง เลือกที่เน้นความเป็นมนุษย์เป็นฐาน (Soft Side Based-Alternative School Management: SBASM) ประกอบด้วย ๑) วางแผนมาตรการความอยู่รอด ความพอเพียง โลก ความยั่งยืน การรับใช้สังคม การ ยอมรับนับถือตนเอง ๒) ดำเนินการโดยระบุผลลัพธ์ กำหนดตัวชี้วัด เรียงลำดับความสำคัญ ศึกษาสภาพ ปัจจุบัน จัดทำคู่มือเน้นมนุษย์ สร้างกลยุทธ์ในทีม จัดหาทรัพยากร ช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกัน ดำเนินการความ พอเพียงและช่วยเหลือสังคม ครูและผู้เรียนได้แสดงความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการศึกษา ๓) ประเมินผลโดย ตรวจสอบผลงาน รายงานผลสภาพจริง การบรรลุผล ปรับปรุงแนวทางที่เน้นมนุษย์เป็นต้นแบบเผยแพร่ แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ประเมินผลผู้เรียนในรูปแบบหลากหลายทั้งความสุขและความพึงพอใจ

The purposes of this study were to investigate both current and desired states of alternative schools, to study the guidelines of management and to develop an administrative process for alternative schools based on soft side management and humanistic education concepts. The data were collected from 45 administrators, 208 teachers and 102 students by questionnaires. F ive alternative school administrators were also interviewed. The results showed that the average value of the desired state were higher than the current state in all aspects. According to the result of prioritized need, the administration demonstrated: survival (viability), self-suff iciency, awareness of the planet, sustainability, service to society, and self-respect and respect for others. An administrative process developed from this study called “Soft Side Based-Alternative School Management (SBASM)” is comprised of: 1) planning measures of survival (viability), self-suff iciency, awareness of the planet, sustainability, service to society, and self-respect and respect for others; 2) implementation by determining outcomes of planning, outlining the indicators of success, identifying and prioritizing, observing the present situations, making SBASM guidelines, planning strategies in a team, providing resources, supporting one another, providing suff iciency and social services, and giving teachers and students an opportunity to give feedback. 3) Evaluating performance of plans, reporting on real situations, inspecting completion of plans, improvement guidelines of SBASM, updates, communicative prototypes, and evaluating students in various methods that they were satisf ied and happy.
