This quasi-experimental research aimed to study the effects of the management of a group dynamic activities program to enhance human relation for elementary school students. The samples consisted of 46elementary school students divided into two groups with 23 students in the experimental group receiving the group dynamic activities program to enhance human relation for 8 weeks and 23 students in the control group not receiving the group dynamic activities program to enhance human relation. The research tool was the human relations test. Data were analyzed by using means, standard deviations, and t-test.
The research findings were as follows: 1) the mean scores of human relations of the experimental group after receiving the group dynamic activities program were significantly higher than before at a .05 level. 2) The mean scores of human relations of the experimental group after received the group dynamic activities program were significantly higher than the control group at a .05 level.
