21st century education is a new age education for change that emphasizes learning management to develop students in future knowledge and skills. It focuses on improving the learning quality of future learners in four creative ways: (1) Learn about creativity by allowing students to study with creative thinking skills as a basis for thinking processes. (2) Learn to create on their own to prepare for change. (3) Learn to live together in diversity that focuses on allowing students to live with people happily with an understanding of the diversity of people in different societies, race, economies, and cultures. Then (4) learn to share and learn social responsibility. This is a challenge for schools or educational institutions to develop the new paradigm and create educational management for developing education for change that connects human and social development and develops a quality of learning process for responding to the future.
This article focuses on the development of management innovation for future education that creates a creatively problem-driven paradigm that can be adapted to each context that calls Innovative Educational Management for Change, 4 LEARN. This concept consists of two-dimensional thinking process development, which has the horizontal dimension as a process dimension; set up the motivation, creating new ideas, implement in practice, and define the solutions. Another vertical dimension is the dimension of change as a change agent inside and outside the organization according to the assumptions designed on the basis of the different context of each individual that requires continual trial, implementation, and improvement. That will lead to the success of education for change.
