มาตรฐานการประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาเฉพาะทางด้านดนตรีระดับนานาชาติ: กรณีศึกษาเปรียบเทียบมาตรฐานการประเมินคุณภาพ MusiQuE

Abstract

One of the key challenges of quality assurance is to define the criteria for evaluation and the indicators that are appropriate and can accurately reflect the quality of operations, taking into account the diversity of disciplines and the objectives of the institution. Music Quality Enhancement (MusiQuE) is an assessment of curriculum and institution developed by the Association Européenne des Conservatoires, Académies de Musique et Musikhochschulen (AEC). The MusiQuE assessment is aligned with the curriculum guidelines and institutional management of the internationally recognized music institutions. This research has two main objectives: 1) to study the origin, vision, mission, organization and structure, type of assessment, and evaluation standards of the MusiQuE quality assessment; and 2) to compare the standards of MusiQuE quality assessment with Thai quality assessment. The results show that the two standards based on the same basic principles. The MusiQuE can be used as a complementary approach to improving the quality of Thai education, taking into account the different contexts of each curriculum and institution.
