Abstract
The purpose of this study was to study the self-development components and learning process of non-formal education facilitators for enhance potentials of lifelong education management. By using systematic review literature and Delphi techniques 3 times by 20 experts (same group) from 1) experts form the provincial office of the Non-formal and Informal Education. 2) Academic expert and 3) Non-formal education facilitators. Who expert about the self-development components and learning process of non-formal education facilitators more than 5 years. Then collection all data and information by documentary analysis form and Delphi questionnaires. Analysis data and information by Descriptive statistics and Content Analysis.
The result of the study revealed that:
1. The self-development components of non-formal education facilitators for enhance potentials of lifelong education management have 2 components were (1) Self- components by 7 issues that 1.1) Desire to learn 1.2) role awareness 1.3) self – readiness 1.4) Personality 1.5) Self-esteem 1.6) Self-directed learning and 1.7) Ethics of teaching profession. (2) Supporting components by 5 issues that 2.1) Supporter 2.2) Activities 2.3) Media and Learning Resource 2.4) Career Achievement and 2.5) Evaluation 2. The self-development learning process of non-formal education facilitators for enhance potentials of lifelong education management have 8 steps were 1) Desire to learn and Create self-motivation 2) Set goals by Self-diagnosis 3) Planning Design 4) Action and self-empowerment 5) evaluation by team reflection 6) self-evaluation 7) Review Knowledge and 8) Share knowledge.
