Abstract
The objectives of this study were 1) to analyze the confirmatory factors of collaborative working skills for personnel of the Cultural Intelligence and Stephen R. Covey’s concept. 2) to examine the appropriate integration of indicators and confirmatory factors of collaborative working skills for personnel. The participants were 300 workers of small and medium enterprises, selected through purposive sampling technique. The research tool was 5-level rating scale questionnaire of 25 items. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentages by using SPSS for WINDOWS and the confirmatory factor analysis by M Plus program.
Results of this research were the follows: 1) the collaborative working skills for personnel of small and medium enterprises consisted of 5 components and 25 indicators. They were divided into 5 indicators of open-mindedness to learn for understanding the differences in working together, 5 indicators of goal setting and planning to learn the differences in working together, 5 indicators of synergy in working together with a positive attitude each other, 5 indicators of adaptation to work together constructively, 5 indicators of sustainable development to working with others. 2) the results of second order confirmatory factors analysis by M Plus program showed that the resulted model fitted the empirical data. The construct validity of models was consistent with empirical data with /df = 1.856, Comparative Fit Index (CFI) = 0.915 Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) = 0.076 Standard Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR) = 0.73
