การจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาความเป็นพลเมืองของเด็กปฐมวัย

Abstract

การจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาความเป็นพลเมืองในเด็กปฐมวัย นับเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาความเป็นพลเมือง โดยกำหนดแนวทางในการจัดประสบการณ์ภายใต้มโนทัศน์สองประการ ประกอบด้วยมโนทัศน์ของพลเมือง ความเป็นพลเมือง และพลเมืองในสังคมประชาธิปไตย กับ     มโนทัศน์การศึกษาเพื่อสร้างพลเมืองกับการศึกษาปฐมวัยในสี่แนวทาง ดังนี้ 1) การจัดประสบการณ์ผ่านการเล่นเพื่อเรียนรู้ความเป็นพลเมือง ซึ่งเป็นการพัฒนาปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม การรู้จักแบ่งปัน การเรียนรู้การเป็นผู้นำและผู้ตาม การเรียนรู้กฎและกติกาต่าง ๆ รวมทั้งการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมและความคิดให้เข้ากับสภาพแวดล้อมและความเป็นจริง 2) การจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้สู่การเป็นพลเมืองดีมีคุณภาพ โดยเป็นการพัฒนาเด็กในด้านคุณลักษณะของการเป็นพลเมืองที่มีความสามารถทั้งในด้านของสติปัญญาและทักษะ หรือ สมรรถนะการอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคม 3) การจัดประสบการณ์ผ่านบทบาทของครูผู้ปลูกฝังคุณลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองในสังคมประชาธิปไตยในบทบาทของครูผู้เป็นประชาธิปไตย และบทบาทของผู้ใหญ่ที่มีคุณลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองในสังคมประชาธิปไตย และ 4) การจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อสร้างคุณค่าความเป็นพลเมืองผ่านกระบวนการทางสังคมในสถานศึกษาปฐมวัยด้วยรูปแบบการสังเกตเลียนแบบจากตัวแบบกับการบอกหรือสอนกันโดยตรงเกี่ยวกับการเป็นพลเมืองที่ดี  ในการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาความเป็นพลเมืองของเด็กปฐมวัย ครู ผู้ปกครอง และโรงเรียนต้องร่วมกันพิจารณาเนื้อหา แนวทางการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ เพื่อพัฒนามโนทัศน์ ทักษะ และคุณลักษณะของเด็กให้มีความเป็นพลเมืองในสังคมประชาธิปไตยที่มีความตระหนักและเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองและส่วนรวม มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ และการมีบทบาทที่เหมาะสมในสังคม

As part of civic education, guidelines for learning experiences management consist of two concepts:  the concept of the citizen, citizenship, and citizens in a democratic society and the concept of civic education and early childhood education, in four ways: 1) learning experiences management through playing for learning citizenship which develops social interaction, sharing, rules and regulations,  leader and follower roles including moderating behavior and ideas to the environment and real life; 2) learning experiences management to develop good and high quality citizenship through child attribute development with having the capacity of a citizen; cognition and skills, or competency for living in society; 3) learning experiences management through the role of teachers to instill the attributes of citizenship in a democratic society in a the role of democratic teacher and adult role to be one of  citizenship in democratic society; and 4) learning experiences management to create the value of citizenship through the socialization process in early childhood school such as imitation from modeling and teaching about being a good citizen. In the area of learning experiences management for enhancing citizenship in early childhood, the teachers, parents and school have to share contents, approach, and method of learning experience for develop the concepts, skills and characteristics of citizenship in a democratic society with awareness and self-esteem and collectivity, responsibility, and a proper role in society.
