ผลการใช้ชุดฝึกทักษะการเรียกชื่อและเขียนสูตรโครงสร้างของสารอินทรีย์ที่มีต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 1

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างชุดฝึกทักษะการเรียกชื่อและเขียนสูตรโครงสร้างของสารอินทรีย์สำหรับนิสิตปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 1 และประเมินคุณภาพโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกทักษะที่สร้างตามเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพ 80/80 3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของผู้เรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดฝึกทักษะฯ และ 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนด้วยชุดฝึกทักษะการเรียกชื่อและเขียนสูตรโครงสร้างของสารอินทรีย์ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ศึกษาคือ นิสิตปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน มีนิสิตจำนวน 36 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) ชุดฝึกทักษะการเรียกชื่อและเขียนสูตรโครงสร้างของสารอินทรีย์สำหรับนิสิตปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 1 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพชุดฝึกทักษะโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3) แบบทดสอบประจำชุดฝึกทักษะ (10 ชุด) 4) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และ 5) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนด้วยชุดฝึกทักษะการเรียกชื่อและเขียนสูตรโครงสร้างของสารอินทรีย์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ด้วยสถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าร้อยละ และ การทดสอบค่าทีแบบตัวอย่างไม่อิสระต่อกัน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ค่าประสิทธิภาพ (E1/E2) ของชุดฝึกทักษะ เท่ากับ 96.85/93.48 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ตั้งไว้ 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดฝึกทักษะมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3) จำนวนนิสิตที่สอบได้คะแนนตั้งแต่ร้อยละ 80 -100 มีจำนวน 35 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 และ 4) ผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนด้วยชุดฝึกทักษะการเรียกชื่อและเขียนสูตรโครงสร้างของสารอินทรีย์ อยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.07 (S.D.=0.34)

The purposes of this study were: 1) to develop skill training packages on the naming and writing structural formula of organic compounds for the first-year undergraduate students, and to assess the quality of it by experts, 2) to study the educational efficiency of the skill training package as with the criteria of 80/80, 3) to compare the learning achievement of students before and after learning, and 4) to study the students’ satisfaction toward with learning with these packages. The sample group of this study was consisted of one classroom of first-year undergraduate science students (36 students) using the purposive sampling. The research tools consisted of: 1) the skill training packages on the naming and writing structural formula of organic compounds, 2) the a quality assessment form, 3) the quizzes (10 quizzes), 4) the a learning achievement test, and 5) the students’ satisfaction questionnaire toward learning with the packages. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were mean, standard deviation, percentage, and t-test for dependent sample. A qualitative data was analyzed by content analysis. The research results showed that: 1) the educational efficiency of the skill training package was effective with (E1/E2) of 96.85/93.48 to meet the 80/80 criteria, 2) the mean scores of learning achievement of posttest were higher than those of pretest at the a statistically significant .01 level, 3) There was 100% of the amount of students got the 80-100% of scores, and 4) the students’ satisfaction toward learning with the packages was at good level of satisfaction ( =4.07, S.D.=0.34).
