การวิจัยและพัฒนาคุณภาพมาตรฐานการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนนทบุรี: กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนวัดแคใน

Abstract

รายงานการวิจัยและพัฒนาคุณภาพมาตรฐานการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนนทบุรี: กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนวัดแคใน การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อศึกษา (1) บริบทของโรงเรียน (2) ลักษณะของกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ สื่อการเรียนรู้ และโปรแกรมการพัฒนาโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนนทบุรี ที่ได้ดำเนินการตามโครงการ 17 โครงการ (3) ผลการดำเนินโครงการ 17 โครงการ ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนนทบุรี ที่มีต่อการพัฒนาโรงเรียนในด้านผู้บริหารและระบบการบริหาร ครูและระบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน ระบบสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียน และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน สมรรถนะและคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียน (4) ผลกระทบของการพัฒนาโรงเรียนตามโครงการ 17 โครงการ ที่มีต่อกระบวนการเรียนรู้และวิถีชีวิตของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทางการศึกษาในโรงเรียน และผลกระทบที่มีต่อชุมชน วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม และสังเกตการณ์และบันทึกการเข้าร่วมโครงการต่างๆ ตามแผนพัฒนาสถานศึกษา ปีงบประมาณ 2552 ของโรงเรียนวัดแคใน ตั้งแต่เดือนกุมภาพันธ์ ถึงเดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2552 เป็นเวลา 2 ภาคการศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติบรรยายและวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยพบว่า(1) บริบทของโรงเรียน โรงเรียนที่เปิดสอนตั้งแต่ระดับปฐมวัย ถึงระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีจำนวนครูทั้งสิ้น 14 คน จำนวนนักเรียน 170 คน (2) ลักษณะของกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ สื่อการเรียนรู้ และโปรแกรมการพัฒนาโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนนทบุรี โรงเรียนวัดแคได้จัดทำการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาอิงมาตรฐาน การจัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์โรงเรียนอยู่ระหว่างดำเนินการกลยุทธ์สู่การปฏิบัติ การดำเนินงานตามระบบการบริหารและนิเทศภายใน และการประเมินผลระบบการบริหารและการนิเทศยังไม่ได้ดำเนินการ (3) ผลการดำเนินโครงการ 17 โครงการ ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนนทบุรีที่มีต่อการพัฒนาโรงเรียนในด้านผู้บริหารและระบบการบริหาร ครูและระบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน ระบบสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียน และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน สมรรถนะและคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียน (4) ผลกระทบของการพัฒนาโรงเรียนตามโครงการ 17 โครงการ ที่มีต่อกระบวนการเรียนรู้และวิถีชีวิตของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทางการศึกษาในโรงเรียน และผลกระทบที่มีต่อชุมชนคือประโยชน์ที่ครูจะได้รับทางด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้และการปรับภูมิทัศน์ของสถานศึกษา

The report of the research and the development of educational standards for the schools under Nonthaburi Sub district Administrative Organization: the case study of Wat Kae-nai School. This research aims to study (1) the context of a school (2) the characteristics of learning activities, learning materials and the development programs for the school under Nonthaburi Sub district Administrative Organization altogether 17 programs (3) the results of the 17 programs toward the development of school administrators and administrative systems, teachers and teaching and learning management, school environment, learning achievement, students’ capability and desirable characteristics (4) the effect of the 17 school development programs toward learning process and life style of school academic stakeholders and the effect toward a community. This research aims to study (1) the context of a school: Wat Kae-nai School is an elementary school. There are 14 faculty members and 170 students. (2) the characteristics of learning activities, learning materials and the development programs for the school :Wat Kae-nai School has completely developed its curriculum based on the national standard and the follow-up system of the quality insurance evaluation is still under the process while the following of the internal administration and supervision has not been completed yet. (3) the results of the 17 programs toward the development of school administrators and administrative systems, teachers and teaching and learning management, school environment, learning achievement, students’ capability and desirable characteristics: Each aspect of the school administrators’ administration reveals that the development of the school curriculum based on the national standard has been already completed. And, the internal quality insurance management is still under the process. (4) the effect of the 17 school development programs toward learning process and life style of school academic stakeholders and the effect toward a community that the teachers have gained are the development of their own teaching and changing the environment of school.
