คุณลักษณะการเป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตสำหรับเยาวชนไทย

Abstract

การเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วในด้านต่างๆ ของสังคมโลก ทำให้เยาวชนไทยซึ่งเป็นกำลังหลักในการพัฒนาประเทศในอนาคตต้องมีคุณลักษณะการเป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ดังนั้นการวิจัยในครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และนำเสนอคุณลักษณะการเป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตสำหรับเยาวชนไทย โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ แบ่งการวิจัยออกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย การวิเคราะห์เอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต และการประเมินคุณลักษณะโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณลักษณะการเป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ประกอบด้วยคุณลักษณะ 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) คุณลักษณะด้านพฤติกรรม ประกอบด้วย (1.1) รักการอ่าน (1.2) สงสัยและซักถาม (1.3) ฟังและคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ (1.4) การเขียนและบันทึก (1.5) เรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง (1.6) ปรับตัวและยืดหยุ่น (1.7) สร้างสรรค์และประยุกต์ (1.8) แสวงหาความรู้ (1.9) สะท้อนผลการเรียนรู้ (1.10) นักปฏิบัติ (2) คุณลักษณะด้านเจตคติ ประกอบด้วย (2.1) เห็นคุณค่าและศักยภาพในตนเอง (2.2) มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก (2.3) กระหายในความรู้ (2.4) มีแรงจูงใจใฝ่สำเร็จ (2.5) เชื่อในคุณค่าของสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม (2.6) ตระหนักในคุณค่าของผู้อื่น (2.7) ตระหนักในคุณค่าของสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม (2.8) มีจิตสาธารณะ (2.9) ยอมรับข้อจำกัดทางสังคม (3) คุณลักษณะด้านทักษะ ประกอบด้วย (3.1) ทักษะการเรียนรู้ด้วยการนำตนเอง (3.2) ทักษะการแสวงหาความรู้ (3.3) ทักษะการใช้ภาษาแม่และภาษาต่างประเทศ (3.4) ทักษะสังคม (3.5) ทักษะการสื่อสาร (3.6) ทักษะการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ (3.7) ทักษะการสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม (3.8) ทักษะทางสื่อ เทคโนโลยี และสารสนเทศ (4) คุณลักษณะด้านความรู้ ประกอบด้วย (4.1) ความรู้ทางวิชาการ (4.2) ความรู้จากประสบการณ์ (4.3) ความรู้ด้านบริบทชุมชน (4.4) ความรู้ด้านอาชีพ (4.5) ความรู้ด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลก (4.6) ความรู้ด้านสื่อ เทคโนโลยี สารสนเทศ (4.7) ความรู้ด้านการเป็นพลเมือง โดยคุณลักษณะเหล่านี้จัดเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญในการพัฒนาเยาวชนไทยให้เป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตที่มีศักยภาพในการขับเคลื่อนสังคมไทยสู่การเป็นสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้

There are many swift changes in the world society that Thai youth must have the characteristics of being lifelong learners because they will be the main power to develop their country in the future. The objective of this research was to analyze and present the characteristics of being a lifelong learner for the Thai youth. The study employed survey research and was divided into 3 phases: document analyses, in-depth interviews of lifelong learners, and characteristics evaluations by experts. The research results discovered that the characteristics of a lifelong learner can be divided into 4 parts, which are (1) behavioral characteristics, which consists of (1.1) a love for reading, (1.2) observation and questioning, (1.3) listening and judgmental thinking, (1.4) writing and recording, (1.5) self-directed learning, (1.6) adaptations and flexibility, (1.7) creativity and applications, (1.8) seeking knowledge, (1.9) a reflection of learning results, and (1.10) being a performer; (2) attitude characteristics, which consists of (2.1) seeing one’s own value and potential, (2.2) having a positive attitude, (2.3) a thirst for knowledge, (2.4) having successful motivations, (2.5) believing in the value of society and the environment, (2.6) aware of others’ value, (2.7) aware of society’s and the environment’s values, and (2.8) having a hospitable mind, (2.9) accepting social limitations; (3) skill characteristics, which consists of (3.1) self-directed learning skills, (3.2) knowledge seeking skills, (3.3) mother tongue and foreign tongue using skills, (3.4) social skills, (3.5) communication skills, (3.6) systematic thinking skills, (3.7) creativity and innovation skills, and (3.8) media, technology, and information skills; (4) knowledge skills, which consists of (4.1) academic knowledge, (4.2) experienced knowledge, (4.3) community context knowledge, (4.4) profession knowledge, (4.5) knowledge concerning changes of the world, (4.6) knowledge concerning media, technology, and information, and (4.7) knowledge about being a citizen. These characteristics serve as the basic qualification to develop the Thai youth to become potential lifelong learners in order to drive Thai society to be a learning society.
