A DEVELOPMENT OF QUALITY INDICATORS OF EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER UNDER THE LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
This research aims to: This research aims to: 1) develop a quality indicators of early childhood centers under the local administrative organizations, 2) evaluate the consistency of the quality assessment model of the early childhood centers under the local administrative organizations with empirical data, 3) develop a quality development approach for the early childhood centers under the local administrative organizations. The researcher uses a hybrid approach by dividing research implementation into two phases. The first phase was the development and validation of the model for measuring the quality of the child development centers in local administration offices with interviewing 7 eligible interviewees and rechecking the compatibility of the qualitative indication model applied for representative subjects from 358 early childhood centers under the local administrative organizations. In phase 2, the development of quality guidelines for the early childhood centers under the local administrative organizations was carried out by MACR technique experts.
The findings were discovered as follows: 1) In developing the quality indicators for early childhood centers under the local administrative organizations according to the appropriate criteria, the mean calculated for the quality indication model for the early childhood centers under the local administrative organizations is equal to or greater and the distribution coefficient is equal , 2) The developed quality indication model for the early childhood centers under the local administrative organizations is consistent with empirical data.
