Abstract
This research aims to study the level of desirable features for enhancing the learning skills of small school students in the 21st century under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima primary educational service area 6, and to study the variables affecting desirable features for enhancing the learning skills of small school students in the 21st century under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima primary educational service area 6. The samples are small school students from 60 schools, under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima educational service area 6, in the academic year 2015. The tools used in this study were the descriptive assessment forms to enhance learning skills in the 21stcentury, a questionnaire about self-development, a questionnaire about the teachers responsibilities, a questionnaire about the academic leadership of the school director, a questionnaire about the academic administration by integrating the philosophy of sufficiency economy and a questionnaire about distance education via satellite (DLTV). Data analysis by calculating the Mean, Standard deviation, Correlation, Multiple correlation and Multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that
1) The desirable features for enhancing the learning skills of small school students in the 21st century under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima primary educational service area 6 were at the high level. 2) The variables affecting desirable features for enhancing the learning skills of small school students in the 21st century under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima primary educational service area 6, including the teachers responsibilities, the levels of the academic leadership of the school director and the levels of the academic administration by integrating the philosophy of sufficiency economy, these three variables describe the variance of the level of the desirable features for enhancing the learning skills of small school students in the 21st century under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima primary educational service area 6 at 58.90 percent were statistically significant at = .01
