Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop the guidelines to enhance the learning innovation on teachers in schools under the Office of Basic Education Commission. The research bough the results from develop and analysis the Multi-level Structural Equation Model of factors affecting the learning innovation on teachers which is consistent according to the structure. Then, Draft the guidelines to enhance the learning innovation on teachers in schools, using synthesis documents and an in-depth interviews from 5 experts, select a specific for example; expert from qualified scholars, expert-level educational service areas and expert-level operating units. Developing the guidelines using Multi-Attribute Consensus Reaching, sample consisted of 11 experts, select a specific for example; expert from qualified scholars, and operators. The instruments used in this study were Semi-structured interviews and evaluation the guidelines to enhance the learning innovation on teachers in school. Data analysis by using basic statistics such as frequency, percentage, and average, then summarize and present the guidelines to enhance the learning innovation on teachers in school. The research found that;


                  Structure of guidelines to enhance the learning innovation on teachers in school includes; (1) Principles, (2) Objectives, (3) Planning, (4) The role of stakeholders, and (5) Guidelines to enhance the learning innovation on teachers in schools, which points guidelines for enhancing the learning innovation on teachers has three stages; planning, implementation, and evaluation, total 42 items.
