The Relationship Between Transformational Leadership of School Administrators and Educational Management Effectiveness Under Private Vocational Education in Sisaket Province

Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to examine the level of transformational leadership of administrators in private vocational education institutions in Sisaket Province 2. to investigate the level of effectiveness of private vocational education management in Sisaket Province and 3. to explore the relationship between administrators transformational leadership and the effectiveness of private vocational education management in Sisaket Province. This study employed a quantitative research design. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 162 participants, determined using the Krejcie and Morgan (1970) sample size table. The sample included 43 school administrators and 119 teachers. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product–moment correlation coefficient. The results showed that 1) the overall transformational leadership of administrators of private vocational education institutions in Sisaket Province was at the highest level (x̅= 4.52, S.D. = 0.48) 2) the overall effectiveness of private vocational education management in Sisaket Province was at a high level (x̅= 4.18, S.D. = 0.56) and 3) the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of private vocational education management. Overall, private vocational education in Sisaket Province shows a significant positive correlation (correlation coefficient .759) at the .01 statistical significance level.
