This research consists purposes were 1. to develop a learning activity package for the Thai standard dance “Rabam Daowadeung” based on Davies’ psychomotor instructional model for second-year Vocational Certificate students in the Thai Classical Dance–Drama Program at the College of Dramatic Arts and to evaluate its efficiency against the 80/80 criterion 2. to compare students’ learning achievement before and after using the package and 3) to examine students’ psychomotor performance after instruction against the 80% criterion. This study employed a quasi-experimental research design. The research instruments consisted of a learning activity package, lesson plans, a practical skills assessment form, and an achievement test. The sample group comprised second-year vocational certificate students majoring in Thai classical drama at the College of Dramatic Arts during the first semester of the 2025 academic year. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean standard deviation. Additionally, item analysis was conducted to determine item difficulty, discrimination index, and the reliability of the objective test using the Kuder–Richardson Formula 20 (KR-20). The efficiency of the learning activity package was also evaluated based on the E1/E2 criterion The results showed that 1) the developed package achieved an efficiency of 81.07/83.13, exceeding the established criterion 2) students’ posttest achievement (M = 25.36) was higher than their pretest achievement (M = 14.02) and 3) students’ overall psychomotor performance after using the package averaged 83.13%, which surpassed the 80% criterion.
