The Development of Hybrid Training to Promote the Volleyball Skills for Matthayomsuksa 1 Students

This research consists purposes were 1. to develop adaptive training (hybrid) to promote effective volleyball skills according to the 75/75 criteria. 2. to compare the learning achievement results of volleyball skills with the 75 percent criteria. 3. to compare volleyball skills with the 75 percent criteria. and 4. to study the satisfaction of trainees towards adaptive training (hybrid). This is a quantitative research The research instruments consisted of an achievement test a volleyball skills test and a training satisfaction questionnaire. The sample group was 174 students in Mathayom 1 at Nong Ya Ma Municipality School (Roi Et Municipality Sports School) in the academic year 2024 The research was conducted by purposive selection. The data collected from the research instruments were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentages, means, standard deviations and comparisons using t-tests The research results found that 1) Adaptive training to promote volleyball skills For Mathayom 1 students the efficiency was 77.50/79.58 which was in line with the set criteria 2) Mathayom 1 students had academic achievement scores significantly higher than the criteria at the .05 level 3) Mathayom 1 students had volleyball skills of 80.63 percent, of which 79.17 percent were low-handed skills, 85.00 percent were high-handed skills, 80.83 percent were high-handed serving skills, and 77.50 percent were high-handed spiking skills and 4) Mathayom 1 students had a high level of satisfaction with the adaptive training (x̅= 4.32, S.D. = 4.33)
