Technology Leadership of School Administrators Affecting the 21st Century Learning Management Efficiency of Teachers Private School under Samut Sakhon Provincial Education Office

This research consists purposes were 1. to study technological leadership of educational institution administrators According to the opinions at private school teachers private school under Samut sakorn provincial education office 2. to study efficiency of teacher learning management in the 21st century private schools under private school under Samut sakorn provincial education office and 3. to study the technological leadership of educational institution administrators that affects the effectiveness of teachers' learning management in the 21st century, private schools private school under Samut sakorn provincial education office. This is a quantitative research. The research instrument is a questionnaire. There is a sample of 205 people, which is obtained by opening the sample size estimation table of Krejcie, R. V. & Morgan (1970) at a 95% confidence level. Stratified sampling is used, with schools being the sampling stratum and simple random sampling based on the proportion of the population in each school size. The data collected from the questionnaires is analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentages, means, standard deviations, and multiple regression analysis statistics. The results of the research found that 1) technological leadership of educational institution administrators in the overall and in each aspect, it is high (x̅= 3.43, S.D.= 1.36) 2) efficiency of teacher learning management in the 21st century private schools overall at a moderate level (x̅= 3.37, S.D.= 1.36)and 3) Technological leadership of educational administrators, such as having a vision for using teachnology, promotion and supporting teaching and learning, and society, law and ethics in the use of information technology and the use of technology in measuring and evaluating work performance. It has a positive effect on the efficiency of teachers' learning management in the 21st century in private schools private school under Samut sakorn provincial education office. Statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
