The Guidelines for Learning Organization Development of the Veterinary and Remount Department

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the current state of the learning organization of the Veterinary and Remount Department and 2. to study the guidelines for learning organization development of the Veterinary and Remount Department. This study employed a mixed-methods research design, combining both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research instruments consisted of a questionnaire and an interview. The sample group comprised 331 personnel from the Army Animal Division, selected using the Krejcie and Morgan (1970) sample size table and simple random sampling. The target group consisted of seven executives and experts related to the Army Animal Division, selected through purposive sampling. Data collected from the questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean and standard deviation, while data obtained from the interviews were analyzed using content analysis. The research results revealed that 1) the current state of the learning organization of the Veterinary and Remount Department was at a high level (x̅= 4.15, S.D. = 0.49) and 2) the guidelines for learning organization development of the Veterinary and Remount Department, which comprise 6 components, were 2.1) leadership in organization 2.2) information technology (IT) 2.3) vision 2.4) structured organization 2.5) personnel and 2.6) shared learning.
