This research consists purposes were 1. to examine the relationship between community participation, social support, and social capital with the community's role in the restorative justice process and 2. to develop a predictive equation identifying the factors that influence the community's role in the restorative justice process. This study employs a quantitative research methodology. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The sample consists of 384 individuals, determined using Taro Yamane’s formula (1976) at a 0.05 margin of error. A two-stage sampling method was employed in the first stage, stratified random sampling was used to divide the population into strata. In the second stage, simple random sampling was applied within each stratum to select participants. The data collected from the questionnaires were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results found that 1) Statistical analysis showed strong positive relationships between community participation, social support, social capital, and community role in restorative justice (r = .793, .839, .771, respectively) and 2) Key predictive factors included resource-based social support, social network capital, evaluation participation, informational support, and decision-making involvement. These variables jointly predicted 74.0% of variance in community role in restorative justice.
