Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the personnel factors that influence the effectiveness of accounting work by accountants in the Bangkok and surrounding areas and 2. to study the organizational factors that influence the effectiveness of accounting work by accountants in the Bangkok and surrounding areas. This research is a quantitative study that employed a questionnaire as the research instrument. The sample consisted of 397 individuals, determined using Yamane Taro's formula (1973). The data collected from the questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation, as well as multiple regression analysis (MRA). The research findings revealed that research results show that 1) Personnel factors have a statistically significant influence on the effectiveness of accounting work by accountants in Bangkok and surrounding areas at the 0.05 level and 2) Organizational factors have a statistically significant influence on the effectiveness of accounting work by accountants in Bangkok and surrounding areas at the 0.05 level.
