This research consists purposes were 1. to synthesize effective instructional approaches for teaching and learning in the Art learning area 2. to design and evaluate a learning package aimed at enhancing students’ creativity in the unit on visual elements and visual arts, utilizing a project-based learning approach for Primary 4 students 3. to implement the learning package designed to enhance creativity in the unit on visual elements and visual arts through a project-based learning approach among Primary 4 students and 4. to assess the satisfaction of Primary 4 students toward the learning package designed to enhance creativity in the unit on visual elements and visual arts through a project-based learning approach. This is a mixed-methods research combining both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research instruments include an interview form and a questionnaire. The sample group consists of 30 individuals, and the target group comprises 5 individuals selected through purposive sampling. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The data obtained from documents and interviews were analyzed using content analysis. The research findings revealed that 1) Art education should be centered on the learners, utilizing a variety of integrated activities with other subjects to enhance students’ creativity and imagination. Project-based learning encourages students to engage in hands-on activities, develop analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and teamwork. Teachers should act as facilitators and monitor students’ progress, while students should play an active role in constructing knowledge and presenting their work. Assessment should be conducted through observation and evaluation of actual performance 2) The learning package designed to enhance creativity, focusing on the unit "Elements of Art and Visual Arts through project-based learning for Primary 4 students, was overall rated as highly appropriate (x̅ = 4.37, S.D. = 0.21), with an effectiveness score (E1/E2) of 81.50/82.00, which meets the set criterion of 80/80 3) After using the learning package, the post-test scores of Primary 4 students were significantly higher than the pre-test scores at the .01 level of statistical significance and 4) Primary 4 students showed a high level of satisfaction with the learning package designed to enhance creativity in the Elements of Art and Visual Arts unit using project-based learning (x̅ = 4.34, S.D. = 0.41)
